T. Morgan Cope, Jr.

Morgan Cope is a patent and trademark attorney who helps clients protect ideas, technology, and brands. In his patent practice, he works with clients to understand their inventions, prepare applications that reflect their business goals, and advocate for them before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Morgan’s engineering background informs his work across a wide range of mechanical and software technologies.
Morgan also leads the firm’s trademark practice. He advises clients on trademark strategy and use, searches federal trademark records, and prepares and prosecutes federal trademark applications.
